That's why many older used cars have smaller four cyliner engines, where today even the same modesl have V6 or even V8 engines.

The simple truth is that many smaller used cars get the same or even better fuel economy that many new cars produced today. So rather than driver a newer car with a larger engine, you can choose to drive an older car with a smaller engine--and enjoy using even less gas.
